About the project
As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution dedicated to shaping the future of digital financial services. Your role will involve delivering the Client Services Workflow and Case Management CLUB product, bringing together existing CMB Middle Office and GB Client Operations digital strategies to create a single Wholesale Client Services function. You will be leading the analysis and design of the Digital Workflow and Case Management strategy, collaborating with business SMEs to gather and refine requirements, and ensuring the digital design and delivery across all client journeys. Additionally, you will be contributing to training content and maintaining effective RAID management.
Your responsibilities
Leading the analysis and design of the Digital Workflow and Case Management strategy across Client Services, specific to the delivery of CLUB
Collaborating with business SMEs to gather and refine business requirements, translating them into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Refining solution designs and communicating with business stakeholders in their 'own language’
Facilitating workshops and conversations with SMEs to validate and challenge business requirements
Formulating user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with test teams to ensure alignment
Creating and maintaining a traceability matrix and managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
Preparing materials for senior stakeholder forums and presenting as required
Our requirements
Extensive experience in business analysis within a digital context
Knowledge of Commercial and Global banking client/customer life cycle
Understanding of Wholesale Client Services, including New to Bank, Existing to Bank, Credit Analysis Unit, and Regulatory Business Support
Experience with Middle Office technology such as Client Vision, CRT, NGT, Appian, SmartServe, Global Links, and other HSBC systems
Proven Agile working experience with user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong process optimization and change delivery skills
Outstanding organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
Fluent English
