Your responsibilities


Assist the business operations leadership team, in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business

Act as subject matter expert in the different CS Operations work areas – administrative support, contract management, subcontractor support, project support, business, improvement, Accounts Payable, etc.

Provide recommendations and apply improvements in any aspects relating to increased efficiency and quality of work

Ensure data quality within the various system and tools using both exception reporting and coordination with CS Operations team and CS consultants

Provide timely and accurate management reporting as required related to function

Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal service delivery across the department

Manage and coordinate key stakeholders - internal and external business partners/colleagues across regions

Understand and resolve issues with different stakeholders

Update and maintenance of CS related systems – CS Alerts in Dynamics 365, DAX, PowerBI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams & any other related software systems


Build effective relationships with both team members and other internal stakeholders

Manage communication up and down the organisation


Ensure timely turnaround on all assigned personal duties and tasks

Help manage resources in relation to business needs

Undertake billable work as necessary

Our requirements

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience

Improvement driven approach

At least 3-5 years minimum of experience in operational, finance, business processing, or reporting roles or in similar positions/exposure

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Microsoft productivity suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams


Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrates the ability to make decisions based on insight and knowledge that impact the immediate team

Accountable for ensuring high standards of delivery to clients

Actively engages with customers to understand needs and will place a high priority on client service and satisfaction

Demonstrated success as a team player

Flexible working conditions

The role dictates supporting deal activity in other regions different to where you are based therefore flexibility in working hours will be required

Job purpose
