Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate organizational change with respect to technology and security standards and design goals. Evaluation of business requirements to determine what software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be applied to meet business objectives.

  • Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into specific architectures and design to be used for building systems. Requires knowledge across multiple platforms, processes and architectures, as well as broad knowledge of new technologies and will include directing the design efforts of less experienced architects.

  • Cooperation with corporate IS Security Department, System Architecture (HW) Department, DBA teams to deliver solution according corporate standards.

  • Detailed understanding of development lifecycle and quality assurance phases

  • Experience managing software development group, using agile and waterfall processes and software engineering practices.

  • Experience managing complex technical requirements across multiple systems and domains in a multi-team technology organization.

  • Understanding of enterprise web application development, services-oriented architecture and supporting technologies

  • Understanding of enterprise messaging infrastructure, design of system integration interfaces.

  • Familiarity with information security architecture and controls its relations with business processes, business requirements analysis, system architecture, application development.

  • Experience in following technology stack/elements: SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JMS, Weblogic, JEE, Oracle DB, RedHat, mobile technologies.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and/or certifications

  • At least 3 years professional level IT/business experience with a minimum of 1year business analyst experience

  • Strong understanding of business analyst principles, requirements management, business case development, requirements elicitation, communication, analysis and process modeling

  • Experience with adaptive and predictive project management methodologies

  • Proven skills in requirements management from planning to execution, developing and tracking project requirements, excellent verbal and written communication skills, meeting facilitation and negotiation

  • Ability to create and maintain business relationships

  • Strong skills in problem solving, making sound recommendations and managing stakeholder expectations

  • Basic SQL capabilities

  • Proven experience with implementation of infrastructure and application-based projects

  • Use of query and reporting analysis tools

  • Complex problem solving

  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects/initiatives through business case development and requirements management

  • Interact and communicate clearly with technical personnel along with all levels of business leadership and project stakeholders

  • Aligning and fusing the business and IT strategies

  • Strong ability to focus on the details without losing overall perspective of the larger goal

  • Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks of the work environment and adjusts effectively to working within new work structures, processes, requirements of cultures

  • Prioritizing course of action for self and others to ensure that work is managed effectively

  • Ability to lead and/or execute technology projects

  • Ability to deliver strong and effective presentations
