In order to develop and maintain a unified, stiving and pro-active organization the company is searching for Bussiness Area Manager Industrial Region MEC.
Full P&L responsibility for the Industrial Area MEC. Close coordination with the service area.
Leading and controlling the sales team as well as the other direct reports with a focus on sales force guidance, pipeline management, market development, prospecting and the raising of untapped potential. Reporting.
Development of further market potential through targeted and consistent growth strategies in the various industry segments and sales channels as well as close coordination with marketing to develop suitable plans and measures through targeted segment marketing.
Personal involvement in key account management, e.g., maintenance and expansion of the network of relationships between the headquarters of major international customers and the company.
Role model in the sense of the company's high-performance culture.
Leadership. Consistent development of subordinate employees through coaching.
Development of employee potential and ensuring future leadership in a dynamic environment.
Expansion of sales activities in the markets Standard Industrial (SI), Transport & Logistics (T&L) and OEM.
Close cooperation and communication with the strategic business units in Switzerland, Germany, Norway and the USA as well as generally operating in a globally pronounced matrix organization.
Developing concepts, marketing plans and initiatives and agreeing with the peers in the group.
Master’s degree (preferably technical degrees). MBA as an asset.
Sound, more than 5 years of professional managerial experience in a technical product/solution environment with a strong focus on business development, sales and marketing.
International experience and very good knowledge of English.
Ability to lead a larger team of highly skilled employees in a managerial capacity with market responsibility and direct human resources responsibility.
Experience in sales of system solutions with a high proportion of IT; Key account management, project business and service experience.
Experience in change management.
Strong leadership skills, ability to impact and navigate in a matrix environment and across diverse backgrounds.
Strong result orientation and performance focus.
Concise rhetoric, communication skills (both verbally and in writing). Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

The main purpose of the role is to enlarge the company’s sales performance in Industrial (B2B) channel and take responsibility for one of the most important for the company business areas. As a result, individually or via team, initiating the contacts and penetrating all potential partners / Clients at all levels, to persuade them to specify and purchase the company products and services. Moreover, leading, maintaining and reinforcing an effective team (about 15 people) located in 6 countries (PL, CZ, SK, HU, HR, SLO). This position is considered to be of the utmost importance for the successful company’s presence in the Region. He/she will be fully in charge of further developing the business and growing overall market share, revenues and profit in subscribed channel as well as recruiting, training and developing people. This position reports to General Manager for the Region MEC and is part of the regional Management Team.
