Description:

The Cross Divisional Service Platform (CDSP) of CS Wroclaw and Pune provides a wide range of services in the area of Business Assistance, Business Management, Print/Web Marketing and Digital Solutions to internal business clients globally.

The services are end-to-end managed by specialists and charged as an internal service provider to Divisions and Corporate Functions. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Management of complex travel booking end-to-end (point-to-point or multi-destination)
  • Handle travels and expenses reconciliation in respective systems
  • Lead expenses from pre-approval to final settlement including consultation of T&E policy
  • Managing diary management for high-ranking managers: handling calendars, setting the meetings, ensuring the acceptances and keeping bookings up-to date, taking account of complex diaries and global time-zone differences, meeting minutes/agendas preparation
  • Supporting the managers in the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Corporate document management
  • Administrate purchase orders and invoices in systems
  • Liaising with internal staff at all levels in other corporate office
  • Preparation of high standard internal communication

Qualifications:

  • You have minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, travel and expense management and/or customer service function
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • You know MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel on intermediate level
  • You have service oriented personality with good interpersonal skills and are able to build and foster positive relationships with clients
  • You are happy to take initiative and have ability to work independently, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
