Your responsibilities

  • daily support of UK Managing Director

  • coordinating and handling the logistics of business meetings, conferences, business trips, clients' visits etc.

  • direct cooperation with Sales, Client Services, Bid Team

  • managing Outlook Calendar, Timesheets, Purchase Orders

  • preparing and distributing reports and materials for business purposes

  • support of the Assistants team in other tasks

Our requirements

  • Experience in the Assistant position (at least 2 years) or in a similar role, including handling Director's/Manager's schedule,

  • Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong command of English (B2+/C1 level is a must),

  • Communication skills, that can be used in, e.g. building strong relationships,

  • Eye for detail - ability to look closely at your work, spot and improve inaccuracies and weak points,

  • Organizational skills (planning, executing) with the ability to multitask and work under time pressure.

Optional

  • knowledge of CRM (preferably Dynamics365)

  • experience in the IT environment
