Coordinating change on all levels of the organization
- Translating the architects thoughts into business language
- Communication towards senior and mid management
- Evaluation of the risk of the change and assistance in providing guidelines on reducing the impact
- Creating and presenting change reports
Your skills:
- Industry knowledge (FMCG/Package good)
- End-to-end business process understanding
- SAP knowledge
- Strong communication skills (written and visual - ppt. or other)
- Good at managing stakeholders including create overview
- Can follow up and drive change activities through others
