For our client, an international corporation from BPO sector we are looking for candidates for the position of Business Client Expert with German
Your responsibilities
- High quality service by e-mail, phone, or chat
- Entering orders and application data into computer system
- Answering customers’ queries
- Solving problems or forwarding them to the next line of support
- Building partnerships with process owner
- Maintaining presence and connection with executives’ direct reports and respective team
Employer requirements
- Fluency in German (min.C1) and English (min.B2) -speaking and writing
- Fast learner with strong customer service focus and result oriented
- Strong attention to details
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Empathy and openness for working with clients
- Strong cultural awareness
- Good command of MS Word and Outlook
