Business Consultant with Romanian 
Location: Krakow, remote work available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the application tests and the ongoing software implementations, for our Romania customers
  • Confirming functional requirements for new IT solutions and support in their execution
  • Work as a 1st line of contact regarding the IT applications already implemented
  • Prepare and lead the training in Romania, covering the application usage
  • Change management for our clients
  • Processing of incoming customer requests to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues

Our ideal candidate:

  • Very good knowledge of English and Romanian (Polish language will be an asset),
  • Communicative and team player personality
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, interpersonal and organizational skills
