Finance Business Partnering & active decision-making support
Forecast and real-time analysis
Prepare & coordinate financial budget
Support business development processes and provide consultation on all new accounts (commercial finance, pricing)
Collaborate closely with business owners to collect and validate relevant data
Challenger of the Business (revenue & costs) – deep dive into the numbers
Creation of Monthly Management Report
Provide reports and variance analysis for our businesses on a timely basis
Manage all policies and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
Analyse business processes and develop cost saving controls (stop or change project approach)
Support in creation of Dashboard
Taking part around transformation of processes, guidance, business set-up, data flow, reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area.
Working experience in controlling/reporting, or similar area (finance).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Polish.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel).
Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to act pro-actively by identifying opportunities and anticipating changes.
Experience in dashboards creation using Power BI will be an asset.
