We are looking for an ambitious Business Controller to join a team of professionals in a dynamically growing international company. We are currently looking for a proactive Business Controller for East Europe Region with office in Poznan, Poland. The person who is keen to develop in a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision support by taking financial analysis and business reporting to the next level in the organization.

The Business Controller combines analytical skills with a creative problem-solving mindset and is driven by understanding the world behind the figures. The successful candidate has proven experience in finance and accounting and enjoys applying these skills by getting exploiting Excel and BI tools to draw up high-quality reports, converting complex financial data to tangible and meaningful business information. Personal qualities include a sense of curiosity, a desire to convert data into actional information, stress resistance, flexibility, efficiency and being able to work autonomously and independently. The successful candidate will enjoy working with functions across the organization, easily connect with the commercial team and be able to adapt to new situations quickly. A high degree of accuracy in daily work, combined with a positive, growth mind-set are essential skills to be successful in this role. Proficiency in English is required.
