Due to the creation of a new role and expansion of the financial team, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Business Controller. The employed person will be responsible for controlling the finances of selected product groups, supporting contract negotiations and giving opinions on new business initiatives.

Description

• Validate the monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Explain the business evolution with analysis of financial trends and performance
• Support the commercial departments in making decisions
• Deliver analysis to support sales management and marketing activities
• Provide accurate and timely finance information with the use of dashboards
• Coordinate the long-term forecasting and annual planning
• Act as the single point of contact for business counterparts with respect to finance topics
• Cooperate with the Pricing Manager to support negotiations
• Translate strategy into financial and non-financial goals and targets

Profile

• Master degree in finance or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in business controlling
• Very good command of English (min. B2+)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Practical knowledge of SAP and data visualization tools
• A passion to add value beyond the numbers
• Permanent willingness to learn and challenge status quo
