Your responsibilities
- Preparing financial reports for management including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other statements
- Performing month end closing activities: evaluating projects revenue, reviewing and analysing costs, investigating deviations, preparing accruals
- Comparing actual performance with the budget/forecast, analysing variances
- Reviewing financial statements to ensure they are accurate and complete
- Acting as Finance Business Partner to Business Units
- Providing intive Group leadership with management reporting package
- Preparing the annual budget, financial forecasts and long-term plans for Intive Group
- Analysing financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks
- Preparing financial reports, dashboards in Power BI
- Ad-hoc analysis, providing and interpreting demanded financial business information
Our requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience working with Business Controlling, Business or Financial Analysis
- Pro-active approach with an analytical mind, who identifies problems and implements solutions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Good business acumen to diagnose business performance issues & implement improvements
- Demonstrated ability of influencing & challenging stakeholders
- Good communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
- Very good command of business English
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
