Your responsibilities
- Continuous deep dive into Steel Fabrication business performance of respective Business Site
- Support performance management discussions, delivering and presenting insightful analysis to key stakeholders for decision-making
- Actively contribute to improvement agenda, by identifying potential process improvements and supporting/leading process improvement projects
- Ensuring right capital allocation and high quality of capex proposals within respective Steel Fabrication Business Sites
- Standard and ad hoc reports and analyses (CFO Office needs)
- Actively participate in efforts to automate controlling processes and share more data/info with organization through BI tools
- Support in establishment of best-in-class finance & controlling processes in S4/HANA implementation
Our requirements
- University degree in a Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Min. 7 years of experience in financial roles in manufacturing environment (holistic, cross-functional view required)
- Profound IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP environment (a must)
- Project business experience to be treated as an asset
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions based on data
- Outstanding commitment, reliability, and flexibility
- Independent and goal-oriented working style, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure
- Demonstrable skills in communication and relationship-building
- Proven management skills - creating finance plans, managing budgets, support development of strategies, project management, etc.
