leading the team of controllers responsible for cost control, budgeting and forecasting processes for Local Supply Companies from UK, DK and FI;
playing a operational role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy for UK, DK and FI;
securing the most optimal use of resources to achieve business goals;
serving as coach and mentor to the team members and peers;
ensuring all period-end closing as well as financial planning activities and processes are completed on time, in line with Group standards (IFRS-based) and on high quality level within cluster;
working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation;
ensuring team has capability to deliver, motivate and support the team members to achieve team and individual objectives.
good communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organization;
over 5 years of professional experience in FP&A/Controlling functions;
experience in team management would be an asset;
experience in working with SAP FI/CO, BI and Group consolidation systems;
university degree in finance, accounting or business administration;
solid business understanding;
fluent command of written and spoken English.

Supply Chain Controlling CoE Team, cluster UK, DK & FI currently consisting of 6 Financial Planning and Analytics Analysts, has been assembled to provide business controlling services for the Local Supply Companies in UK, DK & FI. The main responsibilities of the team are preparation of Group and management reporting, month end closing processes, financial planning in agreed timelines and supporting Central and Local Finance Team in business relevant analysis.
