Join us as Business Development Analyst/Project Manager working on projects as well as the management and oversight of the Asset Servicing project portfolio. As part of an international team (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland) you work on the solution design and delivery against committed plans as well as the alignment of solutions across the project portfolio. You are primarily focused on the IT environment of the Fund Accounting Platform, in particular Multifonds. You also help to prepare presentations, reports and workshop materials for management, steering committees and project boards.

We are looking for:

  • 4-6 years experience in Business Analysis or Business Requirement Engineer in Fund Business or Financial Industry and Business Project Manager, additional PMO experience is a plus
  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in IT, Business Engineering or Economics)
  • Knowledge of Funds, Management company and/ or Risk Services
  • Affinity to IT systems, i.e. looking for ways how to support business processes with applications
  • Analytical and conceptual skills with ability to compile findings in a concept, derive and describe business requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong IT affinity
  • SQL skills and development experience is a plus
  • SWIFT knowledge and Fund Accounting skills, like reconciliations, transaction booking, NAV calculation
  • Experience with Fund Accounting systems such as Multifonds, Geneva or Invest Run would be an asset
  • Self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo
  • Solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
