    Business Development and Marketing Specialist

    Business Development and Marketing Specialist

    On this role you will have to ensure support to European Export Team in implementing Business Development and Marketing plans, supporting many aspects of the distributor management and brand development. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Improvement of operational tasks and processes with a goal of more efficient and growth oriented team
    • Preparation, coordination and consolidation of the European Export sales forecast in close collaboration with our Business Development Managers
    • Creation, maintain and tracking various reports (for Order to Cash Team, customers, distributors)
    • Communication with Customer Service & Logistics Team - Consolidate issues on a weekly basis
    • Preparation of Customers' meeting presentations and reports
    • Administration of customer enquires
    • Maintain Portfolio Overview file based on regular updates
    • Lead for Invoice process and tracking
    • Organization and coordination of samples collection - orders from plant, organizing shipments and deliveries, tracking and following up
    • Administration of sales documentation (business plans, price lists, distribution agreements)
    • Supporting delivery of business unit targets for the assigned categories/brands managed via distributors in over 30 countries

    • At least 1 year working experiences in an international environment (preferably including work experience in remote teams)
    • University Degree
    • Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office, SAP, MIS-tools
    • Solid understanding of business administration
    • Experience in analysis & critical reasoning
    • Fluent English
    • Any additional European language treat as an asset
