We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and responsible Business Development Senior Consultant to help us growing our Core Banking consulting business. You should have some experience in selling IT services and/or marketing activities as well as good knowledge of FSI market.
The goal is to constantly grow pipeline by searching for new opportunities worldwide and build strong relationships with internal partners and clients.
- At least 3 years of proven working experience in Business development and/or marketing activities on B2B services market: promotional campaigns, running webinars, podcast
- Content creation
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English, Polish
- Advanced presentation skills
- FSI market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Conduct research to identify new markets and trends on FSI market
- Plan and execute different marketing activities: webinars, podcasts etc
- Create content for slides, infographics and videos to describe our services and hit customers’ needs
- Arrange and participate in business meetings and workshops with prospective clients
- RFP responses preparation and bid management
- Necessary project initiation admin tasks
