Your responsibilities

  • Review and create content aligned to the Valuation Advisory business

  • Ensure platform content is easily accessible and accurate

  • Work with in-country BD teams to review best in class templates / content that will enhance productivity and minimize re-creation of high-quality sales material across the region

  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

  • Maintain pitch tracker information to monitor BD activity and develop insights for BD and leadership teams

  • Work closely with Senior Directors and BD team members to do the following:

  • Understand what material we currently hold

  • Optimizing material into a consistent format

  • Storing material into a central (SharePoint) site

  • Creating an index of information

  • Seeking feedback on content from key stakeholders

  • Prepare content for issue to clients / prospective clients

Our requirements

  • Proficient using MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Word)

  • Strong communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media

  • A strong educational background – degree / professional qualifications preferred

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in a similar content management role

  • Industry experience preferred

  • An understanding of sales process(es) to identify and critique sales collateral for business development opportunities

  • Experience managing sales enablement platforms (i.e. SharePoint)

  • Prior experience working with culturally diverse and remote teams

  • Excellent project management skills and strong organizational capability

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with demanding time pressures with a proven track record of success

  • Adaptable with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Unyielding attention to detail

  • Professional English and German language level
