Your responsibilities


You will need strong project management experience and an ability to be flexible in your approach to succeed in this role. We are open minded about background, but would welcome applicants who have gained some commercial experience in running a business of any kind. You will need to get tasks done from interacting with C-level people and reviewing viability of new projects of our portfolio companies who require our assistance in taking the technology off the ground by supporting their day to day activities. We highly value the can-do attitude of the successful candidate and a willingness to take on new challenges.


Lead generation (potential partners, licensees, clients etc.);

Customer onboarding;

Supporting the management of company’s social media and other sales channels;

Creation of marketing collateral and investment decks;

Event planning, promotion and organisation;

Attending events and conferences;

Checking events and other initiatives organised by others, planning the company’s presence, sponsorship or other forms of support;

Conducting market research across various technologies and industries and creating of industry reports;

Close cooperation with the portfolio companies to establish the best strategy for commercialisation;

Ensuring effective use of resources to manage the projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders, both face to face as well as on phone calls;

Project management.

Our requirements

  • Experienced in running projects involving coordination of multiple parties.

  • Excellent English, both written as well as oral.

  • Background in business, consultancy or client facing services.

  • Familiar with the startup & investment cycles;

  • Highly flexible, internet savvy, and willing to work with constantly developing technology.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in business meetings / on phone calls.

  • Creative and pioneering thinking; being able to spot issues and implement solutions.

  • Be willing and able to cover a wide range and level of tasks - from thinking strategically to troubleshooting detail where needed.

  • Real desire to implement change and personality to challenge status quo offer alternative approaches.

  • Effective team coordinator and delegator.
