Business Development Director - Fit Out

Support for preparation of Commercial plan and strategy.
Preparation of visits to clients, etc.
Cooperation with execution PM on following up status of client satisfaction throughout the duration of the projects.
Coordination of Business Development Manager and division of responsibilities when putting in action the commercial plan.
Preparation of quarter departments budget.
Preparation of yearly departments budget.
Cooperation with Central in Spain for commercial plans.
Participation in marketing, brand awareness activities.
Reporting to Management the result and status of different commercial actions on a weekly basis.
Coordination with Tender Department.

Master degree studies
A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development
A minimum of 2 years experience in Fit Out companies as Commercial BD, Head of Project Management
Availability to work under pressure and establish new relationships with clients.
Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight targets
"Hands-on attitude”
Ease to establish contacts and maintain relationships
Result oriented personality
Fluency in English and Polish
High communication and negotiation competences
Pro-activity, ability to cooperate with other team members
Office package, advanced Excel user.
Optional
Business Administration, Civil Engineer
Post-graduation education in Finance
