Your responsibilities

  • Identify prospects utilizing internal systems®, CRM, web search engines, personal networking, industry publication, etc.

  • Research leads to develop background for sales calls and identify decision maker.

  • Cold call leads and try to breakthrough to decision maker.

  • Identify needs and persuade customers to give Coyote an opportunity to service their freight.

  • Effectively quote and win the customer considering all variable factors.

  • Follow up with previously called leads in a timely manner.

  • Keeping Customers files Updated

  • Maintain relationships and continue to develop existing customer accounts.

  • React with a sense of urgency to solve problems, escalating when necessary. Serve as a resource to customers regarding Coyote service offerings, market trends, industry standards.

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.

  • Build a great collaboration across departments,

  • Liaise with operations on the proper onboarding of accounts

  • Keep track of customer performance and evaluate possible growth on share of wallet

  • Grow business pipeline with new and existing customers Progression

Our requirements

  • Fluent German

  • Education in international transport, logistics and trading. Professional experience will be an added value

  • Good communication skills & Sales drive

  • Customer service

  • Meeting sales goals&Deal Closing skills

  • Negotiation

  • Self-confidence

  • Presentation skills – tools (power point, prezi or other) and communication

  • Client relationships

  • Product knowledge

Sales organization

Since Coyote Logistics is growing fast and is a highly dynamic organization, its European sales organization is as well developing and challenged to get more digitized and bring more customers. At the beginning of 2021, our new Central-East Sales Director started and is on track with developing a new sales team for that region, building a collaborative, result orienting and learning culture. Her Sales team consist of the 4 German based Business Development Managers, 3 Business Development Managers focusing on the Polish region, and 2 Business Development Executives for Poland and Germany. The team is spread between Wroclaw, Germany and Amsterdam with frequent team gathering in Poland to foster a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
