Scope of duties and responsibilities:

  • Calling back any leads that filled out our form or contacted us in any way;
  • Gathering all the necessary information and prepare loan offers to the farmers;
  • Ensuring that the loan is successfully granted;
  • Exploring any channel that can feed you more leads;
  • Working on the further growth strategy;
  • Maintaining and managing business relationships with the clients;
  • Analyzing the market and looking for new investment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on attitude it’s what our client values a lot;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the financial industry (knowledge of the local loan market, loan products and conditions, ability to analyze financial documents);
  • Experience as an agricultural products sales person will be an advantage (knowledge of the agricultural environment in your region, products, market, resellers);
  • Open mind;
  • Easiness of knowledge sharing and high developed communication skills;
  • We’re looking for a person who tries to solve a problem rather than avoid it;
  • Great self time-management skills – our client wants you to work smart, not long.

  • Salary dependent on experience:  8500 - 11500 PLN NET;
