Your responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation by conducting market research and identifying potential customers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth

  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and press releases

  • Collaborate with the team to execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email and online advertising

  • Help manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers

  • Assist in maintaining the company's website content and ensuring it is up to date

Our requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a must)

  • Strong computer skills (Excel is a must)

  • Knowing your way around social media (LinkedIn preferred)

  • Independent quick learner with strong initiative and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with efficient internet research methods and professional business software

  • A superior personal character and work ethic

  • Available minimum 30/h per week

  • Available to work flexible hours with US Clients

Optional

  • Previous Experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Marketing Specialist or similar role

  • Experience with a CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.)

  • Understanding of sales & marketing performance metrics

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

  • Previous experience in an international work environment or English-speaking office
