    Our Client is an Italian automotive supplier operating in Europe, Asia and North and South America, currently establishing new office in Poland. Due to new investment, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

    Business Development Manager

    Job description:

    Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing sales structure in Poland, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Business Development Manager will report directly to the Sales Director Industry / Distribution based in HQ in Italy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meeting business sales objectives defined as long-term organizational strategic goals.
    • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
    • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Maintaining and developing contact with existing clients to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
    • Evaluating the business ideas according to the company strategy.
    • Calculating sales prices in compliance with company rules.
    • Negotiating and concluding agreements for trial and industrial quantities. 

    Requirements:

    • Min. 5 years professional experience in automotive sector as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager is a must.
    • Experience in selling components and/or subassemblies to OEM or Contract Manufacturing Clients operating within automotive industry.
    • Very good English command.
    • General knowledge about logistics operations and sales principles related to manufacturing environment industry.
    • Experience in building and sustaining good relations with business partners.
    • Creativity, courage and determination in taking actions and achieving goals
    • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
    • Solid presentation skills.
    • Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
