Your responsibilities

  • To grow and further develop existing accounts in order to broaden the existing product mix to include both mechanical and electromechanical locking solutions and a new electromechanical system

  • Building strong relationships with market influencers; end users, architects, security consultants, M&E consultants, project managers, and market specialists in order to maximize opportunities for the creation of long-term sales growth

  • Training and advising end users and influencers

  • Cooperating with the market development team to achieve team and company targets

  • Working closely with customers in order to deliver projects and specifications on time and according to the budget

  • Working closely with ABLOY Finland marketing team and Business Development team

  • To increase sales of ABLOY solutions, combining mechanical and electromechanical locking products and related services into different market verticals

  • Developing ABLOY Digital Access Solution (DAS) sales together with ASSA ABLOY OS sales units across East Europe

  • Mapping and developing Professional End User (PEU) local East Europe markets with focus of Security and Access PEU verticals mentioned above

  • Working closely with East Europe ASSA ABLOY OS project specification teams, ABLOY PEU teams and Security Solution Teams

  • Finding and establishing new customers in existing and new markets

  • Developing excellent level of cooperation between ABLOY Finland and all East Europe ASSA ABLOY OS sales units

  • Supporting local East Europe local organizations with ABLOY sales tools, Solution Selling trainings and marketing

Our requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language is required

  • A proven track record of sales within the PUE - Professional End Users and commercial markets

  • Proven track from DAS - Digital Access Solution sales

  • Ability to specify mechanical and electric locking solutions into PEU and commercial markets

  • Comprehensive understanding of value-selling technics and ROI models, to build up successful business cases, and ability to translate user information into a compelling investment decision, leading to closing of orders

  • Comprehensive negotiating skills delivered with diplomatic and firm convictions

  • Self-motivated and able to plan and organize a demanding workload efficiently

  • Proven ability to develop sales growth and consistently meet and exceed targets

  • Prepared to travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside of it

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent communication skills, team player but able to work successfully as an individual

  • Leadership skills and experience in project planning

  • Ambitious with desire to succeed, enthusiastic and committed

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
