Business Development Manager - Electrical Engineering & Building Technology

Your responsibilities

  • P&L management

  • strategic development (business plan, implementation, budget plan)

  • staff management

  • acquiring new customers, maintaining and developing positive relationships with current ones

  • identifying and acquisition of projects and new businesses (customer relations, preparation of tender, negotiations with customers)

  • preparation of reports and replenishment of databases

  • participation in current projects and meetings

Our requirements

  • minimum 5 years of experience in business development in service industry in Electrical Engineering & Building Technology scope (e.g. assessment, inspection, testing and certification services for electrical, mechanical and electronic systems typically installed in fixed installations as part of the technical building equipment)

  • bachelor degree in engineering or business

  • good knowledge of Polish market and experience in P&L management and EPC contractors

  • very good level of English (both verbal and written) – min. B2

  • driving license cat. B and willingness to travel

  • high negotiating and managing skills

  • ability to build long-term relationships with clients

  • proactive attitude and independence, focusing on results

  • good work organization and the ability to plan

Optional

  • experience in the inspection/certification company or positions related to the supervision in civil engineering area, testing and certification of products or systems according to functional safety and cybersecurity standards will be an advantage

  • qualification in the construction industry is an asset
