Business Development Managers

  • are strategic partners to C-level and senior executives; and focus on establishing new business relationships with non-client organizations
  • are responsible for strategically selling Yieldbird products and services to established media groups or emerging independent publishing organizations
  • own the full sales cycle from prospecting, onboarding to expanding existing accounts
  • are passionate about teaching customers something new and compelling, and providing them with reasons to act

Job Requirements

You are:

  • an independent and thoughtful sales professional with exceedingly developed sales and negotiation skills
  • an overachieving sales professional who can confidently articulate and quantify previous successes
  • a resolute sales professional who is driven to succeed by embracing challenging and complex sales opportunities: you are a self-starter, a risk-taker, and a problem solver.
  • a purposeful sales professional who has an established sales process. You are open to being coached on Yieldbird’s best practices
  • a humble, hard-working team-oriented sales professional. You make the people around you better and are always receptive to constructive feedback
  • naturally curious. You love learning, and wish to build a career in tech.

 
Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of sales experience working larger, more complex, longer sales cycle opportunities with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success
  • exceptional communication skills
  • fluent in English: minimum C1

  • have previous consulting experience in the pricing area
  • are English Native speakers
