About the project

Are you looking to work in an international company with a chance to travel while challenging yourself daily in your potential for growth? We are currently looking for a talented Business Development Manager to be a part of our Sales Team. Our Business Development Managers are responsible for working with clients and partners all over the world and generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of desire and drive to learn new skills and build a career in Software as a Service Sales. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, have good numeracy skills and a desire to work with software as well as the ability to easily connect with others.

Your responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

  • Sell Perfect Gym solution to clients all around the world with a focus on Europe.

  • To create your own pipeline and to exceed targets in your territory.

  • Recording and manage your own pipeline and new business opportunities in Salesforce in order to identify trends for improvement.

  • Represent Perfect Gym at network events all around the world.

  • Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives for leisure facilities, local authorities, trusts, fitness clubs and larger fitness/gym chains.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.

  • Close collaboration with various departments such as implementation success, customer success, technical support, and product development

  • Remote working

  • Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Our requirements

  • A personal fitness key account network

  • Fluent English (B2B) is a must.

  • German is a plus.

  • Other languages are a plus.

  • 2 years of sales experience (preferably in an IT market and or the fitness market)

  • SaaS sales experience

  • Determination to achieve the goals & targets set.

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and persistent personality

  • Highly driven and self-motivated individual

  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
