    Scope of duties:

    • Building a stable distribution network on Western and Central European markets (based on long term relations)
    • Creating and implementing the best sales strategies depending on the specific requirements of each market
    • Conducting European markets review to assess the brands awareness in each country
    • Managing a team of Export Specialists
    • Introducing the brands to the local markets with the support of the Marketing Department
    • Market monitoring and working on market positioning of our products
    • Maintenance of strong business relations with Clients and providing the highest level of service
    • Managing clients, giving support, advice
    • Overseeing sales activities and promotions in appointed markets (implemented by distributors)
    • Close cooperation with logistics and production departments in the office


    Our requirements:

    • Experience in export sales / brand development in Western and Central European markets (FMCG sector preferable)
    • Good local FMCG market knowledge
    • Trade experience within all sales channels
    • Fluent English
    • Good command of other European language would be an advantage
    • Capability of developing sales processes to enable the business to move forward
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as presentation competence
    • Ability to influence the Client and maintain long term relations
    • Hands-on, pro-active approach, self-motivation
