Your responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with target groups in the investment process: developers, architectural offices, contractors and investors within: Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie
Developing strategies to manage market expectations
Monitoring market investments, trends and other activities to successfully develop and manage business portfolio
Maintaining accurate list of prospects and opportunities on the market
Liaising with technical specialists and other sales professionals to develop and close sales leads
Being responsible for end-to-end investment sales process (from creating and developing qualified leads to delivering functional sales solutions)
Working alongside the sales teams (including regional teams) to ensure process stability and share “best practices”
Leading and facilitating the implementation of high standards and best practices to ensure process optimization
Participating in tenders including business negotiations
Providing excellent customer service including implementation of improvements if necessary
Our requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience and a proven track record within investment sales area preferably gained in construction/building/material industry
Experience in developing, maintaining and strengthening business relationships (preferable previous professional background gained within construction/building industry)
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Solid experience in sales process (including creation and development of qualified leads, negotiations, consultancy as well as delivery of functional sales solutions)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good English language skills
Resilience, proactiveness, goal-oriented approach
