Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new B2B clients through cold calls and cold mailing on international markets

  • Growth of No Fluff Jobs products’ sales according to set targets

  • Long-term relationship building with clients and after-sales service

  • Negotiating the terms of cooperation

  • Reporting on progress using a CRM tool

  • Optionally - client meetings

  • You will be on the forefront of spreading the idea of transparent recruitment on new markets!

Our requirements

  • B2+ / C1 English level

  • You have prior experience in B2B sales

  • Making contact by phone is not a problem for you

  • You like to establish relationships through direct meetings with clients

  • Working on KPIs is everyday life for you

  • You have experience in finalizing sales

  • Entrepreneurial, start-up mindset!


  • It is nice to have experience in the HR or IT branch
