Your responsibilities
Contribute a sales process in the company
Elaborate market analyzes and based on it builds and performs a strategy how to approach the customer
Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book and developing an active customer base
Make cold calls or perform warm outreach
Putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare sales contracts
Negotiate terms with new accounts and close business deals
Meet or exceed sales goals
Our requirements
Have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in IT sales
(Good to) have experience in executing outbound strategy in Softwarehouse
Must have a demonstrated track record of sales success
Understand the sales process and dynamics
Have knowledge of fundamental sales methodology
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Are self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive „get-it-done” attitude
Have ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Are able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
Have excellent organizational skills
Have proactive approach to improving processes
Have excellent command of written and spoken English (C1)
