Your responsibilities

  • Performing Business Development across Poland,

  • Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities,

  • Developing territory selling strategies,

  • Preparing formal proposals and presenting these to decision makers within customer organizations,

  • Influencing complex decision-making to overcome objections to closure,

  • Acquiring and assessing customer feedback to determine current satisfaction levels and future market needs and trends,

  • Working closely with sales teams to monitor and tune sales performance.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & business development with proven ability to acquire new business & customers,

  • Some experience from technical industries such as IT, Electric goods, Automation, Commodity goods or similar where you have hardware, software plus service element to it,

  • Technical background,

  • Driving Licence & willingness to travel circa 40% of time,

  • Native Polish + English on B2 level.


  • Consultative sales experience with complex solution design,

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Retail, Store procedures and the utilization of technology within the retail environment,

  • Knowledge of Self-checkout solutions as well as EPOS.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our new team of Business Development Managers in EMEA. In this role you will be part of newly created function which will be responsible for new business hunting (TIER – 3 & TIER – 4). The headhunted business will be later on converted into accounts that you will be managing.

In this role you will be part of a great, global organization and a leader in retail industry selling the best technology there is. You will be working in a new team, but you will not be alone! The team is a part of a wider sales department of 5 people from which you will be able to learn. In order to make you successful we will provide you with structured induction that will consist of interviews with senior colleagues and welcome trainings. We will also give you an opportunity to grow and develop.
