Develop and widen a contact network that allows company services to be sold broadly and effectively
Create and implement an effective sales strategy that maximizes the value delivered by the company
Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Take the role of an advisor to help them solve their business challenges
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with the clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Cooperation with the recruitment team

Fluent English speaker
Prior experience in a similar position (preferably B2B)
Experience in leading and closing deals (on the independent position)
General knowledge of technology (Information System logics)
Building relationships with customers, both in the public and B2B sectors
Building relationships with Technology Partners (software vendors) in order to generate and grow business
Ability to generate new business from the candidate's network.

The core of this role will be building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic and prospective Clients on Polish and German markets. Business Developer is responsible for gaining new clients, negotiating terms of business, and providing the highest level of services.
The right candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background as well as some solid experience in the IT area, ideally in IT Consulting environment. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
