You work closely with our Lead Generation Team – they set up the first meeting with the Closing Team so that you can present our product and bring customers on board!
You perform discovery calls, sales demos, follow-ups – with support of our technical experts.
You learn about the needs of potential clients, identify the most promising opportunities, advise on choosing appropriate solution - that is why your listening skills are so important!
You negotiate terms with clients and close deals.
You act as the first point of contact for potential customers and then transfer them to our Customer Success Team.
You support our Customer Success Managers in upsell.
You create presentations, offers with help of our Marketing, Strategy Teams.
You participate in industry events (offline & online).
3+ years of experience in a similar position (sales, BD, marketing, client-facing team),
excellent knowledge of Polish & English (C1/C2) - both written & spoken,
a knack for a written word, impressive verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
strong negotiations skills & analytical mindset,
smashing organization skills – you’ll have a lot of freedom, nobody will set the deadlines for a follow-up so you’re the boss of your time,
tech-savvy mindset, drive for learning new things – adtech is a very dynamic industry, you need to stay up-to-date 😊
experience in AdTech, media market, digital marketing or programmatic,
experience in working with foreign markets,
working knowledge of Jira, Pipedrive or other CRM,
fluency in German (or any other language).
