    Business Development Manager

    DUTIES

    • Acquire new clients, developing cooperation with current ones
    • Drive sales and strive to maximise revenue
    • Showcase the new brands/products/company portfolio, sales offers and weekly deals in line with the clients' requirements
    • Gain best supplier pricing, to prepare and issue compelling quotes/proposals
    • Establish budgets with your clients, elevate their current requirements, future pipeline and needs on a regular basis and work with them to develop their needs
    • Provide market feedback, assess competitor's pricing/activity in the marketplace and to analyze products and trends
    • Provide weekly forecasts/reporting on your client base to your CRM/manager and align accurate probability scale
    • Cooperation with the recruitment department in the scope of implementing recruitment projects for specialist positions in the IT industry
    • Promoting the IT Kontrakt brand on the market through participation in conferences and industry meetings/ networking

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-5 years experience in a similar key client facing role
    • Experience in sales of IT consultancy, implementation, maintenance, managed services
    • Ability to understand the roles of individual people on the client's side in the sales process
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies based on building customer value
    • Willingness to share knowledge and experience with team members
    • Highly organised and detail oriented with ability to achieve the set goals
    • Interpersonal skills, high personal culture and the ability to work in a team
    • Presentation and negotiation skills
    • Very good command of English
    • Proficiency in using programs: GSuite/ MS Office
    • Higher education (preferred economic or technical studies)
