Your responsibilities

  • Lead and promote Business development within the Solar PV sector across Poland

  • Acquire and support clients in PV market

  • Lead negotiations with clients, mainly wholesalers and inverter’s installers, and active sales

  • Preparing documentation and agreements in cooperation with the legal department

  • Work with the Technical and Project Department to negotiate project documents

  • Initiation and development relations with the potential investors, partners, manufacturers, suppliers and designers

  • Analyse the PV market and the company’s products

Our requirements

  • Experience in PV market min. 2 years

  • Technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B1);

  • Knowledge of Italian language is an additional advantage

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Self-management in high level

  • Self-motivated, with ability to work both independently and with multiple teams

  • Excellent team player

  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

  • Readiness to frequent business trips and active sales
