Your responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing partners and find new potential customers for the sake of building long-term relationships and growing business.

  • Perform sales and closing deals in order to achieve/exceed assigned objectives revenues.

  • Realization of synergy business by positioning the total LDCS portfolio.

  • Set up and realize an annual sales plan/ account plan containing quantitative and qualitative targets for existing and new accounts or market areas.

  • Maintains and develops relationships with end user customers and partners through regular contacts and expanding them.

  • Develops relationships with client, assessment & follow up of new leads, contacts and visits prospective customers to determine needs.

  • Providing business presentations to middle and higher management.

  • Project-based approach in collaboration with other departments.

  • Manage project pipeline in Salesforce, create visit reports and keep CRM system up to date, maintain daily sales records and prepares sales reports.

  • Close collaboration within LDCS and in established channel partner landscape.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position.

  • Successful track-record in sales positions in datacenter or IT.

  • Knowledge of and experience in sales with regards to data center (facility) infrastructure products.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing/ IT.

  • Advanced knowledge of English.

  • Demonstrable strong business skills in sales opening, closing and improving profitability.

  • Customer orientation and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.

  • Personality showing self-motivation, target oriented, seeking for opportunities and ambitious will be considered as big advantage.

  • Ability to travel.

The business development manager will be in charge to build, implement and develop Legrand Data Centre Solution in Poland. The candidate will be responsible to prepare and implement the strategy and realize the sales budget (turnover and profitability).

An important part of this function is the creation of synergy (cross-selling) through the use of the total LDCS portfolio including Legrand, Minkels, Raritan, ServerTechnology, Starline, Modulan, Zucchini and Cablofil which altogether represent an interesting offer for the market.
