For one of our client, a consulting company supporting the innovations, new technology industry (especially the space sector), we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Be the first business contact for our clients, build and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Actively seek new business opportunities in selected market segments (mainly in the space industry, but not only, the company is engaged in innovation, new technologies, research projects).

  • Analyze the market and propose new business development strategies.

  • Cooperate with the private sector, non-governmental organizations and research institutes.

  • Take care of the company's image on the Polish and foreign market.

  • Lead the entire sales process (offer, negotiations, contracts).

  • Organize, lead, participate in business or networking meetings.

  • Organize and participate in Polish and international fairs, conferences and meetings.

  • Constantly develop your knowledge of new technologies, innovation and project financing.

Employer requirements

  • Fluent English

  • 2-3 years of experience in building the company's position and developing business relationships.

  • Higher education (preferably in the technical area, but not necessarily)

  • Ability to recognize customer needs, organizational skills, creativity and independence.

  • An open mind and a desire to specialize in a narrow industry.

  • Knowledge of the rules, laws and requirements when applying for a grant as well as French will be an asset.
