Twój zakres obowiązków
We put forward a newly created managerial role, with a varied range of in-house consulting work. You will cooperate closely with Operations senior management, take part in entire project cycles and grow together with InPost Group.
You will define the developments ensuring they fit into broader vision, find ways of execution, and see your implementations make tangible difference.
Work scope – sample elements:
Ownership over a small portfolio of current projects (from launching analytics-based products to designing creative solutions to market regulations), driving their transformation, optimization, and transfers between markets
Quantification and articulation of value of proposed change initiatives
Contribution to Roadmaps of selected business functions, such as R&D
Communication enhancement between Operations and all stakeholders
Design of special-purpose analyses and KPI, occasional market research/benchmarking
Introducing governance solutions improving international cooperation and knowledge transfer
Due to rapid international growth, the focus of your work will typically shift every quarter. The recurring common threads are:
Development of long-term capabilities of the Company
Removal of short-term roadblocks
Acting as a bridge between management of Group Operations and the rest of the Company
Creating materials used by Management and Supervisory Boards
Accumulation and clear synthesis of currently needed knowledge
Nasze wymagania
Base requirements & Traits we value and seek for:
Higher education in a relevant quantitative field (business, finance, economics, similiar)
2 Languages mandatory: English & Polish at level ready for corporate work floor
High level of computer literacy, including:
Excel: can design and build complex models, to assess impact of events/initiatives
PowerPoint: produces well-structured slides at reasonable pace, arranges these into storylines, keeps flawless formatting
Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting projects
Ability to work on short instructions (limited problem description), without step-by-step protocols
Getting things done: working in a mode of purposeful action, avoiding just busy motion
Ability to hold quantitative discussion (based on number comparisons or probabilities)
Adaptable communication style (you will talk to execs, engineers, couriers, marketers from different cultures)
Readiness to constantly learn & approach unknown areas
Ability to handle situations with many moving parts, comfort in the gray
Good at noticing relevance among information noise (occasional work at very low signal/noise ratio)
Resourcefulness: finding use for all types of resources to achieve objectives
