Your responsibilities

  • be responsibile for achieving defined sales targets and definying objectives in line with management requirements

  • manage B2B activities with allocated customers in the EU region and provide commercial offers related to licensing of pharmaceutical intellectual property and finished form pharmaceuticals in the relevant markets. Furthermore to provide customers with updates on development projects, status of registrations, patents etc.

  • continuously analyse the allocated customers/markets and provide strategic insights to the management team on possible growth and areas of improvement

  • be responsible for preparation and negotiation of Confidentiality Agreements, Proprietary Information License Agreements, Supply Agreements and other Agreements as needed

  • be responsible for the lifecycle management of already signed agreements: prolongation of agreements, milestone invoicing, launch support and renegotiation of prices

  • take an active part in preparation of Medis´ sales budget in context with the relevant markets. This work may relate to estimate sales of specific products for defined markets and customers. Furthermore to review customer forecasts and to evaluate whether realistically these will materialize

  • collaborate closely with the Teva local office to ensure the best optimization of the co-existing in the region

Our requirements

  • bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, or related field of study

  • 3+ Years’ experience in a pharmaceutical company or in marketing & sales or B2B environment

  • fluency in the English language, Polish proficiency would be an advantage

  • business understanding with ability to deeply understand market situation and clients’ needs

  • excellent negotiation and collaboration skills

  • good customer orientation and positive attitude

  • ability to work under high pressure and time constraints

  • good project management skills

  • excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • good computer skills

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to our commercial Medis Team who:

  • shall have a key account management role to manage the sales and marketing activities of Teva owned intellectual property to third parties in EU region

  • has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including its players, products, regulatory and IP requirements as well as the entire competition landscape

  • shall set up strategies to seek and negotiate new business opportunities with key account clients with win-win results in relevant markets, as well as establish new business relationships in order to further grow the Medis business

  • is responsible for securing and meeting sales goals of the ongoing Medis product sales in the relevant region by managing the lifecycle of signed agreements, i.e price negotiations, prolongation of supply agreements and any issues that may arise during the course of the supply term

  • takes on an active role in preparation of Medis´ sales budget for the region in collaboration with his/hers Manager, and will be responsible for meeting budgets and defined objectives in a timely manner
