    Within the B. Braun Group, the “B.Braun Avitum Poland ” is looking for employee for the position of “Business Development Manager – Member of the Board ” for the B.Braun Avitum Poland in Nowy Tomyśl, Poland.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Taking care of optimal implementation of B.Braun Avitum development strategy in Poland
    • Establishing contacts and cooperation with external partners in the area of providing medical services
    • Seeking opportunities and implementing new medical services for dialysis stations B.Braun Avitum
    • Active participation in establishing the product portfolio and distribution channels on the Polish market
    • Close coopera,tion with all of B.Braun divisions in terms of sales of Avitum products
    • Optimization of logistics, including inventory levels
    • Organization of safe and cost-oriented patient transport
    • Taking care of external and internal technical service

    Your qualifications:

    • Degree: Master’s degree in in the field of management, economics or medicine
    • Job experience: at least 3 years in the area of the medical services market
    • Knowledge of the functioning of the Polish medical services market (NFZ and private)
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2), German will be a plus
    • Soft Skills:

      • Communicate clearly and responsibly, good presentation skills
      • Leading successful negotiations, interact constructively
      • Ability of establishing key relationships
