You will be responsible for conducting the entire sales process: sourcing opportunities, initiating contacts with potential customers, analysing their needs, developing proposals to address those needs and signing the contract.
Maintaining and developing relationship with the current customers, introducing new products, helping with technical advice when needed and maximising sales.
Searching for tenders on-line, preparation of tender offers and necessary documentation and supervising the implementation of the contracts.
Attending industry events and exhibitions to identify new opportunities and network with potential customers and suppliers.
Discussing with the international suppliers technical aspects of their offers.
Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing industry supported by proven achievements in sales of industrial chemicals.
Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
Readiness to travel in the country and abroad.
Good knowledge of English allowing confident communication within Larchfield Group, with the customers and the suppliers.
Reliable self-starter who can work independently and as a part of the international team.
Be able to hunt for new projects and have the drive and resilience to take the business forward.

Following our expansion plans we require an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and manage sales of chemicals for industrial applications in Poland and Europe. Markets may include, but are not limited to plastics, rubber, coatings, composites, construction chemicals.
