Our client is an international company in the technology solutions for retail.
The company is one of the leaders in this market, with a solid presence in Europe.
- Acquisition of new clients and business partners within designated territory
- Sharing knowledge showing the added value of the solutions offered & creating the company credibility
- Building strong client relationships & earning the client's trust to grow the business
- Developing new sales both new business & existing accounts
- Managing product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Planning/carrying out/supporting local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrating personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Providing market feedback on the competitive environment, customer trends and needs
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience with proven results in B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of the Polish retail market, preferably in the food retail segment
- English - min. B2
- Bachelor's degree in economics or another business discipline
- Experienced in multinational companies
- Being technical savvy
- Excellent communications & negotiation skills
- Open-minded team player
