Description

 

  • Acquisition of new clients and business partners within designated territory
  • Sharing knowledge showing the added value of the solutions offered & creating the company credibility
  • Building strong client relationships & earning the client's trust to grow the business
  • Developing new sales both new business & existing accounts
  • Managing product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
  • Planning/carrying out/supporting local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrating personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
  • Providing market feedback on the competitive environment, customer trends and needs

 

Profile

 

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience with proven results in B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish retail market, preferably in the food retail segment
  • English - min. B2
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or another business discipline
  • Experienced in multinational companies
  • Being technical savvy
  • Excellent communications & negotiation skills
  • Open-minded team player
