Your responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for all commercial activities mainly obtaining better brand recognition, co-ordinate with internal executives, sales, and marketing stakeholders to review current market trends to propose new business ideas impacting sales revenue.
Responsible for generating new sales leads for the Regional Commercial Managers to be converted into profitable revenue within the Automotive & Industrial sectors to meet the company targets
Prospect & develop robust opportunities for the Commercial Managers within the Automotive and Industrial sectors
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target, OEMs, Tier 1 for Auto & industrial markets
Planning and implementing new market initiatives
Develop interaction and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to foster customer experience and increase customer intimacy
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle (and delivering opportunities to the CMs)
Set up Joint Business plans with prospects
Attendance at conferences and industry events
Developing proposals and solutions for customers
Use case studies as a development base for potential customers
Our requirements
University degree
Minimum 5 years in a similar customer-facing commercial role
Experience in working within sizeable multi-discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix/cross-functional environment
Time management and planning skills
Strong negotiation, collaboration, solutions selling skills
Strong business knowledge and acumen
