Your responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring strategic accounts from the mid-market and enterprise segments

  • Combining business and technical parts of the customer dialogue in a compelling value creation process

  • Prospecting and pipeline development

  • Close cooperation with the SDR department on perfecting the pitch and driving lead generation efforts

  • Running end-to-end sales funnel from discovery to closure / after-sales, with the support of adjacent teams

  • Building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with strong focus on account development

  • Continuous improvement and revision of the sales strategy with a high degree of independence

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, and a proven track record of developing, driving and closing business opportunities

  • Experience in managing large accounts (mid-market companies and enterprises)

  • Self-motivated and outspoken about what is needed to get a job done

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders and C-suite

  • Knowledge of the modern sales techniques, tools and processes (forecasting, pipeline management, prospecting, workflow automation)

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and multi-task, while maintaining full ownership of the end-result

  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be a big plus!

This role will suit someone who enjoys an ever-changing, end-to-end sales cycle beginning with prospecting & discovery all the way to closing and renewals. We are looking for a strong sales generalist, willing to bring in own strategies and ideas as we build out the enterprise sales engine.
