Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Lead the introduction of new on-line/off-line merchant partnerships aligned with thecompany’s business strategy

  • Developing relationships with prospects to ensure acquisition pipeline growth is properly maintained

  • Leading negotiations of commercial terms with key partners and ensuring quickand successful onboarding and roll out at new partners’ stores and expansion of cooperation once partners have been onboarded.

  • Achieving the sales targets set by management at quarterly and annual levels

  • Serving as a key member of Mokka Team, providing insight into customer needs and preferences, competitor movements, and industry trends based on market feedback.

Nasze wymagania

  • Knowledge and wide business network (preferably C-level) in Polish retail /

  • e-commerce sector.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services/ IT

  • solutions) with proven track record of closing profitable deals.

  • Good understanding of complex decision-making processes

  • Comprehensive experience in all sales phases - from prospecting, through

  • negotiations and launching the cooperation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Team player

  • Receptive to feedback

  • Full of drive and personal commitment.

  • Enthusiastic self-starter person, with positive thinking and an optimistic attitude.

  • Well-organized and number-driven, able to respect deadlines

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Languages: fluent Polish and English spoken and written as a must.
