Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy to expand in the logistics sector.

  • Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

  • Organize and oversee sales activities to meet and exceed targets.

  • Lead effective negotiations and supervise contract preparation for client agreements.

  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal teams.

  • Identify profitable business opportunities by gaining a deep understanding of the company's logistics offerings.

  • Research emerging trends and propose innovative logistics solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in selling logistics solutions, with a track record of success.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong communication, initiative, creativity, perseverance, decision-making ability, dynamism, stress resilience, and availability.

  • Demonstrated high personal standards of professionalism and ethics.

  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and a willingness to travel frequently as needed.

  • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
