Your responsibilities

  • independently building and managing new business pipeline, including both incoming and proactively generated leads.
  • proactively outreach to qualified prospects to create new business opportunities
  • take over the overall ownership of RFPs and quotes as well as be responsible for the final proposal sent to the client
  • negotiating terms with new accounts according to company guidelines and closing business deals.
  • responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a great customer experience for every potential client.
  • directly collaborate with Apptension’s project teams and clients’ representatives to ensure that the former take into consideration the needs of the latter in creating service quotations and proposals
  • use the existing measures to ensure client’s positive experience and happiness at every stage of the project cycle
  • initiate and coordinate sales back-office processes and documentation

Our requirements

  • + 2 years experience in IT services, SaaS sales, or agency at the client-facing role
  • a proactive approach to networking, seeking new opportunities within the lead’s network
  • a proven track record of closing business deals
  • ability to work with targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and having a good track record of accomplishing them
  • experience in working with international clients.
  • experience in leading a full sales cycle.
  • experience of collaborating with project and technical teams in responding to clients requirements
  • impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
